Returns Policy

To return an item please folow these steps:

  1. Click on MY ACCOUNT.
    Your Acount
  2. Find the relevant order and click RETURN ITEMS.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to generate your returns number.
  4. Once completed return your item/s to the address stated.
  5. You MUST include your returns number with the parcel in order for the refund to be processed.
  6. You will be awarded credit for the value of the item/s being returned, which you can then use to purchase exchanges.
  7. Once your returned item/s have been processed by us, we will despatch any orders waiting for your credit to be approved.

Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the order provided we receive the item/s within 14 days of delivery, in unworn, unsoiled condition, complete with attached tags, the original packaging and the purchase receipt.

Please be aware for hygiene reasons some items are non-returnable, these are clearly marked with an * on the item title.

Original P&P is non-refundable. Full refunds, including delivery charges, will be given if any item purchased is proven faulty or has been sent as a result of our error.

Orders placed against a refund credit will be held for 21 days. If the return is not received, the order will be cancelled and the stock returned to sale. Your credit will remain unapproved until such time as we do receive the returned garments.

Returns credit can be refunded to your bank account up to 14 days after a return is created, after which they become site credits. Approved credits can remain against your account for an unlimited period of time for you to use.

Please note: You are held responsible for posting the goods back to us for a refund/exchange at your expense, we do NOT currently offer free returns. However, we do offer half price postage for any orders placed using your Returns Credit. We also recommend that you should obtain compensation insurance if the contents exceed £20 in value.

Faulty or wrong item

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us using our contact form quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

Distance selling regulations

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from YOURS, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed. The items this applies to is marked clearly in the product description. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number within 7 days using our contact form or by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
