Shipping to the UK
Standard Delivery
• There will be a delivery charge of £3.95 on most uk orders.*
• Delivery will be within 3-5 working days.
* Due to increased shipping costs, for UK offshore destinations and other remote areas there is a cost of £6 for standard delivery.
This includes the following areas: Ireland, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, BFPO addresses, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scottish Highlands and some remote areas of Scotland.

Next Day Delivery
• Next Day delivery is available for UK mainland orders*
• There will be a delivery charge of £6.95.*
• Orders must be made before 4pm for Next Day delivery.
• Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered the day after next.
• Your order will be delivered between 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
• Next Day delivery on a Friday before 4pm will be delivered on Monday.
• Next Day delivery on Friday after 4pm, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Shipping to Europe
There is a delivery charge of £7.00 on all European orders.
Your order will be delivered within 3-7 working days.

Shipping to the Rest of the World
There is a delivery charge of £10.00 on all orders of 4 items or less to countries outside of Europe.
For orders of 5 items or more, there is a delivery charge of £20.00.
Your order will be delivered within 5-10 working days.

If your country is not on the list and you would like us to deliver to your country please contact us and we will see if delivery is possible.
Returns Instructions
To return an item please folow these steps:
• Click on MY ACCOUNT.
• Find the relevant order and click RETURN ITEMS.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to generate your returns number.
• Once completed return your items to the address stated.
• You MUST include your returns number with the parcel in order for the refund to be processed.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the order provided we receive the item/s within 14 days of delivery, in unworn, unsoiled condition, complete with attached tags, the original packaging and the purchase receipt.
Please be aware for hygiene reasons some items are non-returnable, these are clearly marked with an * on the item title.
Original P&P is non-refundable. Full refunds, including delivery charges, will be given if any item purchased is proven faulty or has been sent as a result of our error.
Please note: You are held responsible for posting the goods back to us for a refund/exchange at your expense, we do not currently offer FREE returns. We also recommend that you should obtain compensation insurance if the contents exceed £20 in value.
Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us using our contact form quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
Distance selling regulations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from SIZEUP, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed. The items this applies to is marked clearly in the product description. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number within 7 days to using our contact form or by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
